Holy Happy Hour! I was lucky enough to be off work on Friday and got here slightly before 4:00 to meet some friends for HH. It did NOT disappoint. But this place was off the chain. People were flooding here. I thought I was gonna have to have a thrown down with an 80 year old for a table. Luckily I did not. I just got to eat lots of amazing apps, drink fabulous drinks. All while being served by fantastic servers! Love this place!!

Met a couple of girlfriends for a Friday lunch after excitedly reading the Yelp reviews of this local jewel. We sat on their lovely back patio to enjoy the beautiful fall day and enjoyed service at the hands of Andrew. We ordered iced teas all around as well as three cannelloni, chicken parm and bolognese. All were delicious - with enormous serving sizes enough to keep us each enjoying for several meals to come!

My parents were in from out of town so celebrated our daughter's birthday there with them. Everything was amazing. I asked about drinks and he mentioned one that wasn't on the menu but was part of their happy hour and he did not disappoint. All of the drinks were great and definitely not weak! We ordered bruschetta, brussel sprouts and a pizza to share as starters. All of them delicious. My mother reluctantly tried the brussels and couldn't believe how good they were. We then each had various entrees - salmon, eggplant parm, pasta bolognese, pasta alfredo and chicken parm. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. We then got some cookies, a pineapple coconut cake and tiramisu (the birthday dessert). We were stuffed. Brought lots of leftovers home and enjoyed them all the next day. It's on the other side of town and we will go out of our way to return.

Great Italian food in the NW. One of the best restaurant happy hours in Tucson. We caught the happy hour for drinks and appetizers and ordered off the Mellon for our entrees. We split an order of meatball sliders and porchetta sliders. The meatball sliders are great. Delicious meatball on homemade slider rolls. The porchetta is rich and flavorful. I got the buratta caprese salad for my entree. Flavorful cheese, fresh tomatoes and a delightfully aromatic balsamic. My dining partner got angnolotti. Delicious pasta with a light cheese filling. We sat in the bar area. Bustling, but the noise was damped enough to allow enjoyable conversation. Service was friendly and attentive even though the restaurant was pretty busy. With the winter visitor coming back, plan on reservations most nights. It's that good.

We love Bottega Michelangelo's and their awesome happy hour specials Tuesday-Sunday from 4-7. We sat in the open seating bar area at a comfortable booth! We ordered a smorgasbord of small plates off the happy hour menu. We also enjoyed $4 draft Peronis. We had the lamb chop lollipops, fried goat cheese, chicken spiedini, spaghettini and meatball and the slice of the day (carmelized onions, mushrooms and sausage). All of the food was flavored so nicely and the pizza slice was deep dish! We ordered gelato for dessert and the scoops were big, one would've been sufficient for the two of us to share. We always have a great experience when we dine in and order take out from here! Just a heads up they are always busy so highly recommend a reservation.

We celebrated two friend's birthday here and had a great time. We made reservations a couple weeks in advance and glad we did since it was an extremely busy Saturday night. Our server was super attentive and our food was delicious. The Calamari was good. Fried then tossed with tomatoes, pepperoncinis, and a cream sauce. I enjoyed my Cannelloni, very tasty. It was a vibrant,on the louder scale atmosphere. The only thing I was personally surprised at was the dessert case up front. For what seemed like a more "nicer" restaurant from pictures, I felt the it made it seem more casual. That was just an observation. The desserts looked great and it didn't change my opinion of the place. I would definitely return when in town.
